Eat.And.Sleep:wow.oh.wow

My idea for better sleep is EAT! Eat whatever in front of my eyes. Eat until I feel SO KENYANG! Like kenyang bodoh! Next you can see me lying down on my comfy bed, watching 1 or 2 episode of vampire diaries and sleep (laptop still on=electricity bill increase) I know this is a BIG DON’T! Some people said DO NOT EAT A LARGE, HEAVY MEAL BEFORE BED. It can cause indigestion and it can interfere our normal hibernating sleep. Meals or snack will put me right to sleep but there is a proof that eating before bed directly causes weight gain, large meals mean high in carbohydrates (add unnecessary calories to my diet) and chances that our body will not burn all the carbohydrates/calories extremely high. It’s because when we sleep, our body goes into hermmmm “relax” mode, and if we are not active enough throughout the day/night (TGIF) lol! all the food that we eat (three hour before bed time) may turn into FAT! Smiling like KUDA! No wonder my berat badan naik! So my tips for a good night sleep 1.counts how many kilojoules you eat in a day,(oppps! things i realized i din't practice) 1 kilojoules = 239.005736 calories (mental note: you put weight when you consume more energy than what you need) 2.eat dinner several hours before bed. If your stomach is grumbling try to eat light, low-kilojoules snacks. Take example banana, peanuts, and avocado. 3. No coffee and say yes to ALCOHOL! 4. The expert really knows the best, not me, go and seek advice from nutritionist!

p.s To prevent myself from dehydration and to increase fluid and water level in my body system I forced myself to drink 500-800 ml fluid before bad and NOCTURIA happen. Night time urination disturb my BEAUTY SLEEP #justsaying.
